In case you need to modify/amend your order, please do so ASAP use my Contact Form. If it reaches me before shipping your order, I’ll do my best to honor it.

Refunds:

I am a one-person enterprise, every object is handmade. I make them with care, to the best of my abilities. Due to this I am not able to offer refunds, but if you have any issues with the goods you have purchased, get in touch and I will do my best to find a solution.

Correct Spelling of Names, Titles:

All names and addresses of those shopping on the website should be correctly given at the time of ordering.

Fees Not Included:

Any customs or fees beyond the shipping postage fee are to be paid by the buyer.

I take responsibility for the quality of the products I sell, for the accuracy and care of the packaging and shipping. I am not liable for any damage, loss, or delay caused by the shipping or other company.


Cancellation:

Cecilia Simonyi (small enterprise) reserves the right to cancel, change or substitute any workshop / service and to decline any workshop participants at any time for any reason.

Cecilia Simonyi (small enterprise) is committed to protecting and preserving the privacy of all guests both within the physical venue as well as when communicating electronically. This Privacy Policy explains when and why we collect personal information about our guests, how we use this information and how we keep it secure. We will keep all of your personal information confidential and securely in accordance with the current and any future applicable Data Protection legislation but reserve the right to disclose this information in the circumstances as set out within this policy and may change this Policy from time to time to comply with the current and future applicable GDPR requirements.

Cecilia Simonyi (small enterprise) is a one-person enterprise specializing in children’s book illustration, graphic design, object design, art workshops, and a webshop of handmade art products. My home-studio is in Hungary.

We may request information about you in order to process your event requests or product purchases and better serve your needs.

If you make an online purchase from us, your card information is not held by us, it is collected by our third-party payment processors, who specialize in the secure online capture and processing of credit/debit card transactions, as explained below. Only if we require a deposit for an event shall we hold payment details and this will be at clear understanding of the customer with the customer’s signature to verify and consent to both the processing of the deposit payment as well as the retention of your information.

Naturally, if you cannot reach them you are welcome to contact us and we will steer you to the relevant person within the relevant organization.

You have a choice about whether or not you wish to receive information from us. We will not make contact with you unless you are a registered contact that has requested to be informed of our social and cultural activities. If you no longer want to receive direct communications from us about these things, you can change your preferences or completely unsubscribe by getting in touch and requesting that your contact details be removed.

Given our Eco sensitive philosophy, we do not send hard copy information by post / regular mail.
